Art After Dark runs from 3 to 10 February and celebrates nightlife across the West End. Piccadilly Circus will host a 7m tower of stacked disco lightboxes titled Rise and Shine, playing music inspired by London's 80s and 90s club culture. Galleries across the West End will stage late-night openings and The National Gallery will hold a one-off DJ event. Digital artworks will appear on screens throughout the West End. Previous editions included large illuminated sculptures such as asteroid-sized moon rocks and giant fluorescent cats by Nelly Ben Hayoun-Stepanian, bringing public art into iconic locations.
