This Iconic London Restaurant Will Open Its First Hotel-in New York City

The Wolseley Hotels, a new luxury hospitality brand from Minor Hotels, will debut its first property in Midtown Manhattan on West 44th Street near Bryant Park in early 2027. The landmarked building, constructed in 1905 for The Lambs Club and designed by McKim, Mead & White, carries significant cultural heritage tied to Broadway and New York's artistic communities. The hotel will feature 76 guest rooms and suites with interiors reflecting the elegance of the London original. Dining remains central to the property's identity, with The Wolseley New York serving as the brand's North American culinary flagship, offering all-day dining and signature cocktails. Additional amenities include a cellar-level speakeasy bar and wellness center. This Manhattan location serves as the foundation for planned global expansion across Europe and North America.
