Four Legs, the London food team behind The Plimsoll's acclaimed burger and Tollington's Fish Bar, is launching Bar Etna in Newington Green. Founder Ed McIlroy has partnered with Philadelphia-based chef Joe Beddia, whose pizzeria was named 'America's best pizza' by Bon Appétit and awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2025. The restaurant will feature Beddia's signature pizza style with seasonal toppings, alongside dishes like aubergine parmigiana, meatballs, and soft serves. McIlroy brings his ingredient-led approach to the kitchen. Bar Etna will serve natural wines, house spritzes, and negronis on tap. The venue takes over the former Nino's Italian restaurant site and opens April 2026.
