New show-stopping' Croydon M&S Foodhall will create more than 50 jobs
Briefly

The redevelopment of the old Milk & More dairy site on Brighton Road into a retail unit and 20 creative studio spaces has been approved by Croydon Council. This development aligns with the Purley Business Improvement District's goals and Executive Mayor Jason Perry's vision of fostering local investment and job creation. The historic buildings will be restored, adding value to the community and economy. With overwhelming support from the local community, the project promises to rejuvenate the area and encourage innovation within Croydon's creative sectors.
This Brighton Road project is a great example of investors working closely with the Croydon community, Council, and commercial partners to design a regeneration project that delivers for all.
I'm delighted that we will see these historic buildings restored and brought back into use, whilst retaining their heritage. The approach by Marks & Spencer signals that this is an area that retailers want to invest in.
