London's largest sculpture park returns to Thamesmead

The Winter Sculpture Park, running from March 2 to April 26, offers a unique outdoor gallery experience across 6.5 acres along the River Thames. Founded by Meg Stuart and Kieran Idle of No. 32, the park showcases 40 large-scale artworks from 34 artists. This year’s exhibition highlights diverse themes, including queerness, climate change, and cultural identity. Notable pieces include Claye Bowler's explorations of landscape and body, Ellie Harrison's climate-focused works, and Joseph Ijoyemi's reflections on heritage. The park also features performances and workshops, enriching the community experience and promoting public art funded by the National Lottery.
The Winter Sculpture Park, now in its fourth year, began welcoming visitors on March 2 and will continue until April 26.
