The Crusting Pipe wine bar in Covent Garden closed permanently on December 21 after 45 years, with Davy's citing changing trading environments and consumer habits. The lower ground floor Market Building space will be occupied by Mr Fogg's Tavern, becoming the chain's eleventh London venue and its new flagship. The venue will offer 4,500 square feet of interior space for 130 guests and a 65-seat courtyard.
