London is getting a new borough. A tranche of Berkshire, including Slough and Reading, will become part of Greater London on 1 April 2025.
Windsor will remain part of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. There is excitement at City Hall, but residents of the affected borough are venting on social media.
