Des Gunewardena, former Chief Executive of D&D London, introduces Engel and Jang, a cocktail bar and a modern Korean-Japanese restaurant, marking the beginning of his new venture with D3 Collective.
Engel and Jang will offer a unique experience at the City's Royal Exchange featuring a cocktail bar inspired by 1920s Berlin and an all-day Korean-Japanese restaurant led by chef Dana Choi.
The upcoming establishment will aim to provide a diverse range of offerings, including twists on classic cocktails and an Austrian-German menu, promising a fusion of cultures in both food and ambiance.
While specific menu details are yet to be revealed, Engel and Jang is set to make its debut in June 2024 at The Mezzanine, First Floor, Royal Exchange in London.
