Burren Bites: A Taste of Time returns to Cavan Burren Park on Sunday June 7 after a successful 2025 inaugural event. The guided food trail experience takes place in the Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark, combining heritage, storytelling, and exceptional local cuisine. Guests walk through the ancient landscape with Geopark Ambassadors while enjoying a specially curated six-course tasting menu created by award-winning chef John Roche. Each course is served at a different stop along the trail and features artisan ingredients sourced from producers across Cavan and Fermanagh. The menu includes contemporary interpretations of traditional flavours and dishes inspired by the land, celebrating the connection between food, culture, and place.
