Sabine bar is expanding to a second location by taking over the rooftop terrace at NYX Hotel in Holborn, opening in April. Like the original St Paul's location, the new Sabine will focus on cocktails and small plates, with a menu featuring items such as tacos, croquettes, and arancini. The venue will offer both outdoor rooftop seating and a substantial indoor space with city views, allowing year-round visits. Additional offerings may include bottomless brunches and DJ nights, similar to the flagship location.
