Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carré will open Maza in Mayfair as their first site outside Notting Hill. Maza will channel the spirit of a 1980s Athenian taverna in a 90-cover space with an open-fire kitchen and a vinyl listening bar playing 70s and 80s Greek records. Generous portions and sharing plates will include dishes such as handmade pasta with sea urchin, lamb shoulder from the spit, crispy pork belly gyros with pitta and tzatziki, and grilled lobster with lobster head bisque rice. The restaurant will offer over 150 exclusively Greek wines and cocktails featuring Greek ingredients, including a tsipouro ritual served with mezze. Opening is March 2026 at 21-23 Bruton Place, W1J 6NB.
