The case of Marta Perkowska, a 33-year-old Polish woman found decomposed in her home, has led to an inquest due to an unascertained cause of death.
Graeme Irvine, senior coroner for east London, stated that the investigation began after officers found obvious signs of decomposition when responding to complaints.
Despite numerous examinations, including a post-mortem and toxicology tests, no clear cause of death was determined, prompting an inquest to seek further insight.
