Victim blinded in one eye after glass smashed in his face at central London restaurant

He had attacked his victim at a restaurant in New Change Passage in the City of London on October 14, 2021.

This was an unprovoked and violent attack, which took place in a matter of minutes, resulting in the victim receiving a life-changing injury.
