Two individuals were hospitalized after a gunshot was reportedly heard near Gilbert Street in central London. Despite the gunshot report, one had a head injury and the other hand injuries, with no gunshot wounds. Both were arrested, along with a third person, in connection with the incident.
Police were alerted to the situation around 6.35 pm concerning youths with a knife in Gilbert Street. The injured parties were taken to the hospital, where their conditions were assessed as non-life-threatening. Enquiries are ongoing to address the incident fully.
