Two of the escaped horses in 'serious condition' after running loose in London
Briefly

Two of the Household Cavalry horses that ran loose in London on Wednesday, April 24, are said to be in a 'serious condition.' Defence Minister James Cartlidge stated 'There were five horses. They have all been recovered. Three of them are fine, two of them are unfortunately in a relatively serious condition...'
Lieutenant Colonel Matt Woodward shared on X that a small group of horses were spooked by construction works causing them to escape running towards oncoming traffic. Four people were injured due to the incident.
A witness described the aftermath as 'screaming in pain' with people injured in multiple locations. One horse was seen blood-covered after hitting a car, and another collided with a double-decker bus.
