Two loose horses were seen running in central London, one appearing to be covered in blood, wearing saddles and bridles, near Aldwych.
Social media shared images of the horses, including a video of a black 4x4 with blue lights following the animals.
Metropolitan police acknowledged the situation, stating they are collaborating with the army to locate the loose horses in central London.
