On November 17, a man was reported for exposing himself at West Ham station, leading to the swift arrest of 26-year-old Dan Pirvu by British Transport Police.
Dan Pirvu has been sentenced to nine months in prison and issued a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, barring him from using the London Tube system.
The judge emphasized that there is no place for such behavior on the rail network, with police vowing to continue holding offenders accountable.
Det Con Michael Taylor expressed hope that the sentence wouldn’t only deter Pirvu but would also allow him to reflect on his actions and prevent future offenses.
