Tommy Robinson has received his second contempt of court notice via his Twitter account for allegedly breaching a High Court order from 2021 concerning libellous statements against a refugee.
The Attorney General's office confirmed that Stephen Yaxley-Lennon was served through his Twitter account and email, marking the ongoing legal issues stemming from his previous conduct.
The first contempt application remains active, and both it and the new application will be presented in the High Court in October 2024, spotlighting Robinson's controversial actions.
Among the actions considered breaches of the injunction was the airing of a film titled Silenced during a rally in Trafalgar Square, highlighting Robinson's continued defiance.
