Bromley in south London was identified as the best neighborhood for working families due to factors like an average commute time of 56 minutes, almost 6,500 job openings, 156 parks, 14 libraries, and a low crime rate of 69.4, making it stand out against Westminster's higher crime rate of 342.68.

Sally Evans, the director of operations at Making Moves, highlighted the importance of factors like short travel time, access to green space, excellent air quality, education, and low crime rates in determining the best areas for families to live in London, with Bromley being a recognized top choice.
