City of London Police recovered 24 phones believed to have been stolen by thieves on electric motorcycles in Westminster or central London on March 26 before 11.15am. Investigations are ongoing to return 13 phones to their owners.
The police are appealing for individuals who had their phones snatched by motorbike riders on the morning of March 26 in the West End or central London to contact them for retrieval. Sonny Stringer, 28, has been charged with multiple offenses.
