In her letter, Ms Mullane describes issues with the 'service, punctuality and reliability' of the route, which have been brought up with her by her constituents.
For many in Dagenham and Rainham, the route is the only measure in place to ensure that around half of my constituents are able to get to where they need to be.
However, TfL has insisted there are no 'significant issues' with the reliability of the 103 route, despite ongoing concerns from residents.
Geoff Hobbs, TfL's director of public transport service planning, told this paper that TfL 'regularly' reviews its services and has also recently made changes to the service.
