The pools in West Wickham and the Walnuts leisure centres will gain new pool roofs and drowning detection technology. Gym spaces will be expanded, and new toilets, cafes, and changing facilities will be added.
HTA Design has been appointed to lead the project to restore Crystal Palace Park, which includes updating the dinosaur statues and regenerating the park's Italian Terraces. The funding comes from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Bromley Council's sale of residential properties.
