TfL cyber-attack: 'Light at the end of the tunnel', says Sadiq Khan

Mr. Khan highlighted the inconvenience that young Londoners faced due to the suspension of online Oyster and Zip card applications, but reassured them that existing Zip cards could still be used until their renewal deadline.
He mentioned that although TfL’s operational delays are frustrating, their collaborative efforts have prevented a worse situation for Londoners impacted by the cyber-attack.
The mayor noted the importance of patience from Londoners as TfL, along with national security bodies, continues to address operational challenges in the wake of the cyber incident.
