TfL has reopened applications for Oyster photocards lost due to a cyber attack, allowing refunds for those who were ineligible during the disruption.
Young people and students can now apply for refunds for the period they were eligible for the Zip' card or 18+ photocard but could not apply.
TfL is contacting customers who have successfully applied for new photocards to provide details on refund criteria and the application process.
Passengers using standard Oyster cards temporarily can access journey histories from the beginning of the cyber incident, ensuring they can claim refunds.
