Striker has 12 Champions League goals since he was sold by David Moyes
Briefly

The Hammers brought the striker in from Eintracht Frankfurt during the summer of 2019 but the 29-year-old would only score 14 goals across 54 matches for the Premier League club. Haller never suited Moyes' style of play and the Scottish coach would allow him to leave after a short period of time.
Ever since leaving West Ham, Haller has been on an incredible journey. The Ivory Coast international has defeated cancer and scored the winner to help his country win the Africa Cup of Nations this year. In the Champions League, the Borussia Dortmund star has also shined for both Dortmund and Ajax.
Haller scored for the German club in their Champions League quarter-final clash with Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night, which takes his record in the competition to 12 goals in 13 appearances since leaving West Ham. These are impressive numbers and many Hammers fans will now be wondering did they give the striker enough time at the London Stadium.
