O'Connor's death certificate confirms she died from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, exacerbated by a respiratory tract infection.
The cause of her death was officially registered by her husband John Reynolds as the exacerbation of COPD and asthma along with a respiratory tract infection.
In January, Southwark Coroners Court confirmed O'Connor's death as natural causes. Metropolitan Police also noted her passing was not suspicious.
