Shopping centre 'in decline' because nobody is stopping antisocial behaviour
Briefly

Sanjay Kotak remarked on the "significant decrease" in enforcement from APCOA, expressing concerns over a rise in anti-social behavior due to officers' reduced visibility in South Harrow.
Kotak pointed out that over the past year, the decline in the state of South Harrow around the shopping centre is alarming, stating that previously established interventions now seem to have ceased.
Cllr Pritesh Patel noted that while APCOA's contract mandates a minimum of 240 patrol hours weekly, the actual number of officers varies, leading to inconsistent enforcement.
Despite the fluctuation in the number of officers, Patel mentioned that figures indicated South Harrow received "significant attention" from APCOA, with 53 fines issued in October.
