Sadiq Khan has overseen the completion of just 71 new affordable homes in London during the last economic quarter, significantly underachieving the target of 1,100 per quarter set to meet the revised lower limit.
The Affordable Homes Programme, initially aiming to deliver 35,000 homes, was cut to a target range of between 23,900 and 27,200, but even these revised goals are not being met.
