Robbie Williams received permission from Kensington and Chelsea Council to chop down a Norway Maple at his home due to its poor health caused by honey fungus, despite neighbor objections.
The council stated: 'The decline of this tree looks to have been caused by Honey Fungus and there is no chemical control for this disease...' thus granting permission for removal.
