Public Transport in London Over Christmas and New Year
Briefly

Public transport in London will see reduced or stopped services during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 due to national holidays and planned engineering works. Users should prepare for changes.
On Christmas Day, there will be no Tube service, while on Boxing Day, Tubes will run from 7am but again with reduced service. Regular services resume by January 2.
New Year's Eve will have a full Tube service, except for the Waterloo & City line and District line to Kensington Olympia, but expect busier conditions at Central London stations.
Bus services will also be affected by planned works and closures during the holiday season, including the absence of night bus services on Christmas Eve.
