Police announced that a man died after a medical episode caused a crash with a lamppost near South Wimbledon tube station. The death was unrelated to the collision.
London Ambulance Service dispatched multiple resources to the scene, with the first paramedic arriving in under six minutes. Unfortunately, the driver was pronounced dead on-site.
