The victim, a woman in her 20s, was assaulted in a nightclub in Lisle Street, where the suspect leant forward and bit her on the chest.
The suspect, who claimed to be 42 years old and spoke with a European accent, quickly left the nightclub after the assault.
Met Police have released CCTV footage of a man they seek to identify in connection with the sexual assault and are appealing for public assistance.
Officers are urging anyone with information about the man in the footage to contact police on 101 or reach out to Crimestoppers anonymously.
