Around 10 police vehicles were present, and a Lime bike, a cement lorry, two cars, and a moped were within the cordon. A police officer said a bike and lorry were involved, and the cyclist was in serious condition in hospital. Transport for London reported delays across surrounding central London roads. Drivers were advised to use alternative routes due to the collision at Grosvenor Place near the junction of Duke of Wellington Place, with impacts including Park Lane, Old Brompton Road, Lower Grosvenor Place, and Buckingham Palace Road.
