Remains of Sarah Mayhew were found in a London park, allegedly cut up with power tools. Two individuals were arrested, charged with murder and preventing lawful burial.
The suspects allegedly killed Ms. Mayhew and disposed of her body by cutting it up with power tools. Investigations are ongoing to locate all body parts.
Gem Watts appeared in court with visible bruises, charged with murder. Judge set a plea hearing for June 27 and a trial date for February 17 the following year.
Steven Sansom, the second suspect, was also due to appear in court and faces additional charges of making indecent images of a child.
