James Gathercole exposed himself and masturbated in front of two women on separate trains in south London, leading to a two-year and eight-month jail sentence.
One of the victims was able to record footage of the incident, alongside CCTV identification, aiding in Gathercole's capture and conviction.
Gathercole was also issued a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, restricting his interactions with women and banning certain actions in public.
Investigating officer DC Potter emphasized the seriousness of Gathercole's actions, highlighting the importance of taking reports of sexual assaults seriously and supporting victims.
