This year, the beloved starry light display will return in an official partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital, a non-profit that helps give seriously ill children the best chance, and childhood possible.
Expect street performers, live music, and plenty of surprises, as Oxford Street turns up the festive cheer with this one-day extravaganza.
