More than half of low-paid Londoners report using foodbanks in last year

More than half of the almost 600,000 Londoners earning below the real living wage have resorted to foodbanks in the past year, with 23% visiting weekly.

The Living Wage Foundation’s report highlights that 36% of low-paid Londoners skipped meals for financial reasons, indicating serious impacts of low wages on living conditions.
