Transport for London (TfL) is implementing significant changes to bus services in south London effective February 1. Route 118 will be withdrawn, with revised route 45 extending from Brixton Hill to Morden, covering much of route 118’s previous path. The revised 45 will run every 12 minutes during peak hours. Route 59 will also change, linking St Bartholomew's Hospital to Clapham Park.
