Kassim Adnan Kassim, 16, was last seen at around 11:30 am today in the area of Old Watling Street in Gravesend.
The teenager is described as of slim build with dark braided hair, seen wearing black trousers, a white t-shirt, and a black hooded top.
Kent Police state Kassim has links to London and Liverpool and might have used the train network to travel there.
Anyone with information is urged to contact 999 with the reference 10-0488.
