The growth in towers in London's eastern fringe includes plans for 11 new skyscrapers by 2030, indicating a shift as banks like HSBC move from Canary Wharf to the City. Fletcher Priest is also behind a 23-storey block at 55 Old Broad Street and other upcoming developments.
