Essex Police are searching for Andrew Hitchman, 41, wanted in connection with an assault in Basildon. He is described as black, 6ft tall, with a scar on his forehead and a Chinese symbol tattoo on his neck.
Hitchman has links to Chadwell Heath, Basildon, South Woodham Ferrers, Rayleigh, and Benfleet in Essex, as well as Maidstone, Chatham, and Dartford in Kent.
