The Metropolitan Police are searching for Balasankar Narayanan, 44, who ran off from staff in Ilford. He is considered a risk to women, and the public is advised not to approach him.
Mr. Narayanan has links to various areas across London, including Newham, Greenford, Hammersmith, Highgate, and Ilford, as well as to the West Midlands, Essex, and Manchester.
