A man has tragically died following a medical incident on High Street, Barkingside, Ilford, just before 8.10am today. Despite immediate attention from paramedics, he could not be saved.
The Metropolitan Police reported that they were called at 08:09hrs on December 11 to respond to a medical incident. Officer assistance was requested and paramedics arrived to treat the elderly man.
In this distressing situation, the police confirmed the death was not being treated as suspicious. Authorities have yet to inform the man’s next of kin.
At the scene, emergency services worked hard to provide assistance, but unfortunately, the elderly man was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
