A spokesperson for Southern Rail stated, "It is with great sadness that we report a person has been hit by a train between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction. All lines are currently blocked between these stations whilst the emergency services work to deal with this incident."
A spokesperson for National Rail added, "The emergency services are dealing with an incident between London Euston / Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction. To allow them to safely carry out their work, some lines are currently closed."
