Londoners slam the 265 'ghost bus' service which 'too often fails to appear as timetabled or sails past full'

We're sorry that some of our customers have experienced difficulties with the route 265 bus. We are determined to ensure Londoners can travel affordably and sustainably and are working hard to improve our services in Richmond. The 265 bus service has been affected by a combination of traffic and roadworks and we're working closely with the operator, Go Ahead, to improve reliability.
It's so annoying when you are waiting at a bus stop and the time comes and goes (when it was due) and the bus is not there. It's harder to get to work, school or medical appointments.This is unacceptable.
