London mayoral elections: What is the 'doughnut strategy' and does it help the Conservatives?

The term applies to a candidate focusing their efforts on London's outer regions and suburbs and putting less effort into the centre and city.

I want to hear what Londoners say, and that means inner London and outer London. My strategy is to talk to Londoners and hopefully get their vote.
