So hearing that London had been named the world's best city for culture, wasn't too big of a surprise (she said humbly). That's right, it wasn't enough to be crowned the best city in Europe for culture, London had to take on the rest of the world too and come out on top.
With over 170 galleries and institutions, many of which are free by the way, London is bursting with historical and cultural activities to fill your days with. The city is home to renowned institutions such as the Natural History Museum, the British Museum, and the Science Museum which houses some of the rarest artefacts in the world.
