L BC presenter Iain Dale has undergone a hip replacement after tripping on an escalator at Charing Cross Tube station.The 60-year-old was rushed to St Thomas' Hospital in central London following the fall on Saturday afternoon.He told his 270,000 Twitter followers: This afternoon I tripped at the top of an escalator at Charing X Tube.
