"Teddy Kelt, 20, of Bower Close in Romford, pleaded guilty at Inner London Crown Court on 9 September to three counts of robbery and three counts of attempted robbery. He also admitted two public order offences, two counts of possessing a knife or bladed article in public, and common assault. He will be sentenced at the same court on October 16 2025."

He stole phones and other items, followed victims onto platforms, forced at least one victim off a train and continued to rob him at a newsagent. Several victims were teenagers or in their early twenties. Kelt admitted three counts of robbery, three counts of attempted robbery, public order offences, knife possession in public and common assault, and will be sentenced on 16 October 2025.
