A north London primary school, Blessed Sacrament Catholic, is set to close due to low student enrollment amid an exodus of families and a declining birth rate, with only six pupils in a reception class with space for 30.
The school, despite having a balanced budget per the Diocese of Westminster, will see further declines in student numbers, projected to drop by three to six percent annually until 2029.
